Our itineraries are fully customized to your travel style, budget, and preferences. After you fill out our travel form, we design a complete travel plan that includes:
A day-by-day itinerary built around what you enjoy
Recommended activities, hotels restaurants, and hidden gems
A personalized Google Maps with all locations pinned
Transport suggestions and the best ways to move around
Safety tips, neighborhood insights, and practical information
Estimated budgets so you know what to expect
- Up to three revisions of the itinerary before or during your trip
Once your itinerary is delivered, we offer limited support via WhatsApp for small questions or needed clarifications during your trip.
Add-ons and extra services
For travelers who want an even easier experience, we offer optional add-ons that can be included after approving your itinerary. These services are available at an additional cost and are designed to remove the need for logistics, research, or last-minute stress.
Flight bookings
We find and book the best flight options for your itinerary. We are miles specialists, which means we can often secure better fares.
Accommodation bookings
We choose and book hotels or Airbnbs that fit your budget and style — boutique, luxury, beachfront, or budget-friendly.
Activities & tours
We book everything from popular tours to unique, local experiences that match what you want from the trip.
Private driver
If you need transfers, long-distance rides, or a driver for the the whole trip, we arrange it with trusted partners.
Local guides
We will hire reliable, certified local guides for cultural visits, city tours, and special experiences.
Online or in-person support
If you want extra peace of mind, you can add direct support during your trip. We can be available online or in-person to assist with adjustments, translation, confirmations, and unexpected needs.

You reach out
Send us a message through our contact page or Whatsapp. As soon as we receive it, we’ll reply with next steps and your personal Google Form.
You complete a short form
You fill out a quick form with key details about your trip — travel dates, destinations, preferences, budget, style, and any special requests. This gives us everything we need to design a package that truly fits you.
We send you a proposal
Based on your form, we send a tailored proposal with the itinerary package we believe is the best match for your needs, interests, and safety preferences.
You approve and pay
Once you approve the proposal, you’ll receive a secure payment link. You can choose to pay by bank transfer or through Stripe. After your payment is confirmed, we immediately begin preparing your complete itinerary.
We deliver your itinerary + Google maps
You receive your complete itinerary, including a custom Google Maps link with routes, places, recommendations, and logistical notes. This is your personalized guide to exploring Brazil with confidence.
Optional add-ons: Bookings and extra services
If you want us to handle hotel reservations, tours, drivers, or other bookings, we do this after your itinerary is delivered and approved. The payment of the extras is done after this step.
Support during your trip
Throughout your journey, we remain available for questions, adjustments, and additional services if needed. You can travel knowing a trusted local expert is just a message away.
